It’s the mid-point of the weekend and I feel pretty good!
Maybe it is because I am better understanding my limits.
Understanding that I can only undertake so much in a day, week, month, etc.
Knowing that there has to be rest periods within and in between periods of activity.
That doesn’t mean that I have to give EVERYTHING up, I can do things.
But they have to be things that are going to replenish and not deplete my batteries.
Accepting and understanding that I need to rest is a BIG step in time management.

Being OK with knowing that down time is for the best is a BIG accomplishment and that you have to make the best of what you have left in the day.
Also knowing that you have to do what you have known for decades works and all the myths and thoughts that you entertain about things are just battles wanting you to fall victim to behavior that will only deplete your energy further.
It’s about maximizing your free time so you can take care of yourself and accomplish what is needed that MUST be done, not doing EVERYHING.
Some things can wait and some things need broken down.
Have a good evening, followers!
