Vaccination Clinic

Series I was created during the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020 and had many learning curves and twists to it. At the end of the pandemic in 2023, it took a toll on the mental health of many, particularly our nation’s youth and disabled. The world had to adapt to doing things in ways that were never done before in terms of connecting virtually and not being able to see others face to face for some time.

Amid this I had a setback a month prior to the lockdowns that took place that resulted in me returning home for 9 months in 2020. I pounded the feet in earnest to secure housing and I did just before a holiday resurgence occured that November.

Through 2021 and 2022 we waved the pandemic while vaccines were established and eventually in May 2023 the pandmic order was offically lifted by the CDC of the US. However I would continue this series until mid-August of that year when I would have a major setback with my mental health and take a break for a few weeks.

I also expanded my platforms during this time having recording weekly vlogs and transcribing my blog posts to Podcasts while still having Twitter (now X) , Instagram and Facebook. I did some Tik Tok For awhile during this series

Adulting

These posts were released every Monday morning and focused on the topics of me learning how to adult as an independent autistic adult.

Wellness Wednesday

Being a sizable adult amid many challenges, Wednesday throughout the series focused on many facets of my overall health

Open Topic

On Thursdays before my weekly e-blast was released, I would share something that I thought was of importance for either myself or my followers.

Concentrating on COVID

In the begining, Tuesdays were dedicated to the things I experienced as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Reflections

As the pandemic waned for me, in 2022, I shifted my Tuesday focus towards a series called Reflections, focusing on destructive decisions that I made throughout my life.

Quote of the week

“Life is too short to be upset on petty things. Learn to move on and make the best of today for we are not always promised tomorrow.”
