Carrying on from last week’s vlog, I am working to find my “new normal” going forward into 2026 working to have a better year by working to be the catalyst to doing what is needed to be done to stay well and healthy while recognizing that I can never go back to the old habits and behaviors after understanding and knowing that doing what I used to do is a bad idea for many reasons.
