Living with the challenges I have can be difficult.
It can be hard to accept change when it comes.
Especially when it involves changing our habits, schedules of routine.
But we must learn to adapt to what we have to do to stay healthy in all aspects.
It may even mean extending ourselves a bit outside of our comfort zone or doing things that we like to do because we want the company of others and we know it’s good for us.
It’s even adapting to things that don’t go the way we think they should and adapting to the changes as they evolve.
Even sometimes we can break the stereotype and become the person who no one expects us to be, that we actually care about others and break down our fears in our own ways.
Life is getting better everyday and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
