Getting through the Hardest Parts.

Anxiety is always building up.

Constantly thinking about what could go wrong.

Not allowing myself to breathe.

Take time to relax and enjoy the day.

Getting over the threshold of where I can’t turn back can start the process of relief.

Eventually what’s planned to happen happens.

Then more relief comes and I know everything is going to be alright.

Then I know that the rest of the day is up to me.

How I act and condone myself.

How I react to things or allow myself to focus on.

Sometimes I have to realize that I am where I am and my needs are taken care of.

I can only control what I can control. I can’t control what’s outside of my control.

But what I can do is control how I react or let things get into my life or let them bother me.

I then know I can make the day the best that I can if I allow myself to be open to what I can control and focus on my needs alone.
