Quote of the Week:

“Change and Autism is hard, but Understanding and Flexibility makes it easier”

This week’s quote comes from knowing that change is hard for autistic people like myself and many that thrive off of routines and are very regimented in nature. When a big change happens to something that has been in place for several decades, we can hold on to our feelings behind it, wanting to blame those behind the change without realizing the full story. It takes a common approach to allow ourselves as autistic folk to become more flexible and understanding that everythng in life is succeptable to change and it can happen at any time.
