It has been a challenging, yet refreshing week.

Through learning the hard way along with understanding and recognizing whether thoughts are just thoughts or real worries, thoughts and feelings, I am learning that there are tools in place to help me realize that I can overcome my excessive worrying and time consumed in thoughts that are just thoughts and not feelings and emotions. It is crucial that I also follow the steps necessary that I need to take care of my mental health and be my best self each and every day. I know that sometimes my thoughts are sometimes flawed and I need to understand the validity of some while recognizing what is important versus what is not.
