There can be moments when we don’t want to do things to be our best selves. We want to throw in the towel of caring for ourselves, believing that we have been through enough suffering and pain and don’t need to do what we need to do to continue the path of mental wellness and guidance set forth for us. But we have to trust the process and continue to do what is necessary to be our best, even when we do not feel as if we should for things we know will hurt us in the end.
