Heading back on the path for success!

It has been a moving week with continuing to understand the necessity of what is needed for me to be well and that those things take time to be their best as I have set to make 2025 a better year for my mental health by getting back on track with all methods of caring for my mental health.

In the beginning it can be a challenge, but eventually you understand the why and how along with the neccessity why you have to work towards making wiser choices to combat the side effects of my mental health treatments in order to make the best of things, instead of combatting the treatment, I am working at combatting the issues that come with the treatment. That alone is a good start for making progress for the better in 2025. It is being kind to my mind and giving myself the grace that is needed for making it day-to-day.
