Transitioning into a new year can be hard, but thankfully I have worked to make healthier changes for the new year that are working at combatting ruminative persasive thoughts and scripts along with a tool for self-care. Thankfully, it came into play in enough time for Winter Storm Blair that managed to bring down a good part of the country earlier this week. All while I am working to build a better healtier routine for me while working to learn my mental health diagnosis and meltdowns along with establishing better coping mechanisms to the able to manage life’s challenges along the way.
