We are in a new year and therefore we as I do often intend to make changes for the better. I have been one for the past nearly six years that has been battling many things with my mental health, my medication being one of the biggest of them until later in 2024 that I got under control.

In 2025, I intend on making my mental health more of a priority, understanding all facets of my mental health treatment, knowing the importance of them and why they are needed each and every day, regardless of how I may feel, they are just a part of my life.

Here’s to a better year ahead.
