Be Your Best Self Everyday Because You May Never Know What Could Happen

I have established this week’s quote because I have learned the importance that you must be your best self by doing what you need to be well each and every day in the event that things could happen that you do not know could and the manner of which you react could be quite negative and cause a setback.

A crucial part of mental health recovery is the abilty to be self-aware of your mental state so you know if you need to give yourself a little extra TLC (tender, loving care) or take a break from something because it is too much for you.

Regardless, there are things in place for a reason and if they are not working properly then be brave and do what you need to do to address them instead of contuiously walking on eggshells and living in a secret world that no one knows about.

There is no shame in getting help.
