Oftentimes, I hyperfocus on the issues with a certain situation and see them as total negativity.

I do not give my brain a chance to see beyond the negative and see the silver lining that it needs to see.
I am often guided by my brain catastrophizing, ruminating thoughts that just don’t seem to go away.
This can make it hard to see past the negativity and see the bright future ahead.
That there can be a positive out of the situation that I have been handed.
That I do not need to throw away the towel and run away from everything because I am scared.
That is just my brain producing fear-driven thoughts that are often exaggerated or not true.
It can be hard when you focus on the all the negative thoughts without seeing the light of things.
It is being grateful for the things you do have in life and the blessings you have for today.
For you cannot see into the future, you just must let it play it out and see where life takes you.
Making today great because that is what matters and seeing the good in it.
For you can’t change anything you are not able to, but you can react in the best way you can.
Be positive and move forward with the best optimism you can and make the best of it.
For we are not guaranteed tomorrow and need to see the whole situation and only deal with it now.
