We are on the trail again this year.

At this point last year we gave up on hitting the trail.

This year things are different.

Things are nearly the same, yet some things are different.

I’ve been active for about a week before going to the gym and Minding my food/beverage intake.

That goes hand in hand with keeping things going forward.

Maybe those goals are not so far out of reach.

I feel better than I did a year, two, three ago.

From making it to the first bench to completing the walk without sitting down, a milestone for sure.

It only gets better from here!
