
It has been a Wild, but busy week!
From understanding how to better manage my mental health realizing that the past is indeed the past and that allowing myself to be held down by thoughts, theories and many other things about the past that just didn’t need to be while understanding the need to be more in the present moment and focusing on the things that put my mind in a better place rather than constantly dwelling on the negativity brought on by the past or things that I don’t have the need to be involved in or change while understanding that I have a choice to not entice myself in conversation that is beneficial for me by knowing that I must focus on my own needs, care and well-being not fighting for things that I don’t even want or can change in the moment and instead be more focused on now.
