It’s hard to believe it’s the third week of the year!

2026 continues to show me that going for the things that matter, want and need to be done are possible. I have seen the necessity of doing what is crucial and essential for optimum well-being to be started and that doing what I have known for decades really does work if you are serious about doing what needs to be done in all aspects of my personal wellness.

It is also seeing that in having consistency in caring for my mental health that things do get better progress happens not only by perfection but also seeing that having all-or-nothing thinking only makes bouncing back from mistakes when they happen only make things worse and keep the cycle repeating when there is a need for me to be by best self by working at letting go of the past and continuing to do the best that I can!
