
Recently I heard about the Ice Breaker “Would You Rather?”
It has made me think about the journey when I was unwell. I can now see the benefits of taking care of myself.
Some things I thought about were:
- Would you rather feel good or be miserable?
- Would rather feel safe or would or worry about someone calling you out or asking if you are okay?
- Would you rather be the example or make people scared of you?
- Would you rather be proud of yourself in the right way or just waste life away?
- Would you rather start to make better decisions or keep doing the same old thing never getting ahead?
Yes, we were all humans. We make mistakes.
Eventually, we learn from them and choose a better path.
It just doesn’t happen by waving a wand .
It takes time and grace.
Living the mantra progress over perfection.
Be your best, because you matter.
