There are times in my life that I can find everything negative about a situation. I often have a difficult time adjusting my brain away from thinking about negative things. I try my best to find the happy and good things around me. This helps me chip away at the hard feelings I am experiencing. Even though I have those feelings, I know there are appropriate ways to express them. Expressing them appropriately, rather than being overreactive, is a win in itself.

Many times, my brain wants things to be a certain way. This way should give me comfort. But I have also begun to learn that things are sometimes out of my control. It can be difficult sometimes. We have to look past what we think is negative. We should start to see good things about them. For many years, I focused on making people behave in ways that made me feel comfortable. This was often inappropriate. Also when I did it I was too passionate which created negative energy which did not help.

Sometimes things happen in our lives whether we like them or not. We have to bear things that can sometimes make us angry or seem unfair to us. Sometimes, the best way to cope is to see the good and happy in a situation. Doing this brings pleasure to ourselves. In this way, things can become as pleasant as possible for us.

It can be hard to show restraint. We often want to tell people what we think they should do. Still, I have learned that it isn’t always the best situation. Doing so can only make things worse and bring a negative perception on you. It can also further complicate things when they can be already complicated. You need to see something positive in the situation. Be something good, happy, grateful, or thankful. Focusing on this can help put your mind at ease.

It can sometimes be hard to have to do some things that you don’t have to do. But finding anything that brings you joy in the day helps. It will make the day go easier. We are not necessarily dissatisfied with what we do. Some days are just harder than others. It sometimes takes seeing your own value in what has to be done for it to be better for you. Maybe it is a good thing on the Internet. Having good music to go along with you can help. Ultimately, it is whatever works for you. Make things pleasant for you as you do what you have to do.

There have been times when I had wanted to turn what I thought was negative be angry. I wanted to just tell people what to do because I felt it would make me feel better. I had to learn an important lesson. While we can advocate for what we need, our wish is not always granted. It can be hard to do what is needed without focusing on the negative in a situation. Yet, if you concentrate on something that brings you joy, the process becomes a little smoother.
