There have been times in the past where I was not proud of myself.

There have been times where I have done things I should not have done.

Eventually reality sinks in and you have to realize you need to do what needs to be done to make things better.

It can be hard in those initial days when it seems like putting in the effort can be too much.

It can make you want to go back to where you started.

But eventually you learn that it’s not worth repeating the same cycle over and over again.

You have to love yourself through those hard times that you experience when you are getting yourself back on track because it is necessary that you do it for the reasons that you have to do it.

When you know that not doing what you have to do has the potential for things that you take for granted to be taken away from your or things to be worse than what they are.

You shape up and do what is right once and for all, because it is what is expected of you.

No matter how hard it may seem, you eventually realize that it’s the right thing to do.

What is important is that you don’t give up in the process.

Be patient with yourself. Don’t rush back to the old ways.

It took me a long time to get where I am today from the day over a year ago that I was hurting myself slowly inside to realize that it was necessary for me to get back on track.

It was hard, but I stuck it out and my life became better because of it.

Be patient with yourself.

Live life one day at a time, sometimes one hour at a time.

Love yourself through it, just as I loved myself through it.

Remember that you matter, you are enough, and you are loved.

Take care of yourself and have a good day.
