In this week’s vlog, I explain how it takes being a ‘warrior’ in the world that is not made for the challenges that I experience that things like autistic burnout are a reality and that I have accepted it as part of my being autistic and having other challenges but also rising above when rest is had and being a better person my making myself and my mental health a priority.
