It has been a great week.
From start to finish I am learning that just because I am autistic and have mental health challenges does not mean that I cannot do things that are expected of me or things that I should do to benefit my overall health. It is making those small steps towards a better tomorrow. Also, this week, I have been working to set boundaries and reduce my worry footprint knowing of the small things that I do not need to worry about or the things that I cannot change all while adapting to other situations that are sometimes unknown or beyond my control all while problem solving and moving forward.
