In this week’s vlog, we continue on our Mental Health Mini Series by sharing how much my life has changed by understanding and accepting the necessity of making my mental health a priority along with knowing that there is no shame for taking care of your mental health by asking for help. I also close the door on past practices and begin to move forward with my mental health journey only learning from the past while making the furture seem better.
