Keep on going.

Somedays that’s what you need to hear.

Get out of bed.

Take your pills.

Get a refreshing shower and a change of clothes that makes you feel better.

Make your bed.

Do your best to stay out of bed until bedtime.

Set your bedtime and your alarm for the next morning.

Clean up what you can.

Have intentions set for the day.

Keep awake as much as you can.

Do what needs to be done.

Keep as busy as you need to.

Get some fresh air if you can.

Make sure you eat and hydrate yourself.

Use the bathroom when you need to.

Keep on going.

Sometimes our mind wants to tell us that we need to leave something.

But we need to get in our right mind.

Weigh the pros and cons.

In whatever way we can.

As scary as it can be to move forward after something changes or something’s gone, we need to be patient with everyone and take a chance to see how it goes.

As much as I have been a proponent against change for many years, most of the time I have adapted well and it even made a significant difference for the better in my life.

Then there’s the one’s who look up to me. I know I need to be the shining example that I can be.

Even if I am giving more and better tools to manage my challenges, i can be a better person and pass my skills and knowledge on to them.

I’m smarter than what my brain tells me sometimes.

It may not seem like it sometimes.

But keep on going.

You matter.

You are loved.

You are enough.

Never, ever give up.

Keep on going!
