Life has been so hard sometimes.

This past week feels like I have been hit by a bus.

But I keep going strong!

There is no other choice.

I can never, ever give up!

That would be the true burden for all that would be left behind.

Over the past few years, life has made me step out of my comfort zone.

It has also told me that I have to pick my battles and not believe everything that I’m led to believe.

It’s also not rushing to decisions as much as you want them to be over.

Its’ about bailing out your emotions so you can feel free from your pain.

It’s about being raw with your emotions and working on what you know needs improvement.

It’s about not allowing things that don’t matter bother you so much.

Yes, you feel things, anxiety, fueled by adredeline and cortisol can overpower your thinking, but you must be proactive and do what is necessary for you to overcome your struggles.

Yes, you can grieve, you can have your feelings, but you must pull yourself together.

Know your supports, if they reach out to you, more than likely they care and want to help, even if you are led to believe otherwise.

Trust your gut, if it doesn’t feel right then don’t push.

It can be hard to get this skill. But eventually you will feel comfortable and know who has your best interest at heart and who doesn’t.

Know who has your back and who does not.

Most of all, be who you want to be, that is what matters most.

It just makes things go easier.

Get through today, take care of yourself, be honest when you need help.

It will get better. Don’t Give up. Don’t you ever give up.

You matter. You are loved. You loved.
