Learning That Is OK

It is OK at times to be who I want to be.

There is no shame in the diagnosises that I carry.

It is OK that I am different.

There is no shame that I have extra needs.

It is OK that I take care of myself.

There is no shame in making myself my first priority.

It is OK to do what I need to do to make things easier for me.

There is no shame in knowing that everyone may not see things the way that I do.

It is OK that I am who I am.

There is no shame in being different.

I am OK.

That is what matters.
