This Time Change can be rough.

It can set your clock in all kinds of places.

Not getting enough sleep is likely and it did happen to me.

It can be hard to be on point with the things that you need to do.

Sometimes you have to be kind to yourself becuase your body cannot handle the demand that it wants to give you.

It is OK to say no to some things in order to protect yourself for the week ahead.

It can be challenging to understand that not everything has to be a certain way.

That you have to do things becuase they are to be done.

Sometimes they are alot and to have the time change thrown on top of you just overloads you.

Today, be kind to yourself, give yourself grace.

Get to bed a little bit earlier.

And hopefully you will be ready to start tomorrow off on the right foot.
