What Do I Need?

Food? Water? Soda?

A restroom break? A safe and clean restroom?

A nap?

A hot shower?

A “me” break?

Warm up? Cool down?

Meditate? Music break?

Private time?

When I become agitated, it is the trial and error of finding out like Goldilocks and the three bears.

What is too little?

What is too much?

Finally, what is ‘just right’?

This can take time to find out just what I need.

It may be many things.

I can’t tell.

I know. But I don’t know if is exactly whhat I need to feel myself again.

Just be patient. Give me grace.

Love me through it. Support me.
