It has been a pretty fair week.

While being well, robust and active this past week, I am embracing more of what is necessary in my life for my mental health along with recognizing that I must always make my mental health my first priority when doing things.

It is developing boundaries, seeing how others look to me as an example of how living an autistic life can be at its best and although there has been setbacks in the past, it is important to always think in the present, understanding that they past cannot be changed.

Here’s to better times!
