It has been a much better week than in a long time.

Last week, I finally realized that caring for my mental health is important in all methods along with all the other dimensions of wellness.
I am seeing more of myself and was able to do a lot more this weekend along with getting adequate sleep as best to manage my mental health challenges. I am learning that this is the way I have to live and that all the past negative decisions that I have made are unhealthy and are not worth repeating. Lastly, I am working on bettering myself so I can look at becoming more healthy and well overall.
Let’s keep on keeping on.
