It has been another upheaval of a week!

From learning that my father’s condition has abruptly changed his life forever to him becoming septic, having kidney stones and ultimately ending up in emergency surgery along with me going through the daily motions as much as I can while maintining the best mental health that I possibly can given all the circumstances that have been handed to me so I can live my best life while learning to accept life’s challenges as they come and be the best perspn that I can be that others expect me to be, knowing that it is best to take care of myself first and foremost, each and every day, always!
