It has been a very moving week.

From being dysregulated many times, to having good times, getiting back on track, being well rested and and being self-aware to notice the day to day changes from when I do not take care of myself to when I am fully adherant with my wellness regimen, I am hopeful that I can continue to be self-aware along with being the better self-advovate that I can be and others expect of me.

I am doing more to work at being consistently adherant to the routines that I need to adhere to so I can continue to flourish as the person that I know I can be.
