This week has been full of emotions due to a number of factors. There has been many times where I think about reacting as a way to express my energy to someone because I am feeling a way towards them. It may not even be in a way that is proper or valid, but sometimes my flawed and distorted thoughts want to trace my thinking to things that inflicted pain on me in the past that are repeating in my headspace, even though what I have experienced no longer exists.
