There was a song playing that reminded me of my days in trade school. When I went there I was terrified to meet new people and while I did connect to some, I was not the person that I totally wanted to be. But eventually, I have connected again with those that I had the deepest bonds with.

You have to push through and do what is needed to be done even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone as hard as it can be be for someone with the challenges that I experience, being connected and having those natural supports is what matters the most.
