“Toughen Through It for as long as you can for a year before making any changes”

~K. Patterson

It has been a whirlwind of actions over the past six years.

I am now learning that I just need to slow down for a while and learn to manage things one day at a time for a year and see how things go before making any more changes to the daily milleu.

I need to work more at finding what helps me stay well and prevent me from relapsing.

I need to work on firming up my Wellness Revovery Action Plan.

I need to see how much my father improves.

I need to just be patient and give myself grace.

It can be hard some days given the multitude of situatuions that must be had, but ultimately in the end I must be patient and do what I need to do in order to protect my mental healtha and see if I am well enough to do more in my life.

Be patient. One day at a time,
