It has been a week of mixed feelings.

From having great luck in some areas to learning how to manage symptoms that I experience as a part of my autism. To learning to stay out of the negative energy of others in order to prevent my mental health to learning to tough it out when my anxiety wants me to run away from what is percieved as challenging. I am doing much better becuase I am tackling my issues head on.

It is also knowing that we don’t alwasy get what we want to make us breathe easier, but it is working with what we got to make life managable for us.
