The week is over!

All work is done!

Dinner is had!

Nap was needed!

There’s nothing wrong about the need to relax and do whatever you want.

For Neurodiverse Human beings some things can be a lot.

And while the week was not totally as hard as it was perceived to be.

It still is in its own ways.

I’m grateful for what I have and the opportunity to be myself in my own way.

Learning to cope with life’s challenges is a little bit in a way that is useful for me.

Knowing how I operate and to be kind to myself

Knowing how to live in the moment and let the little things go or the things that don’t matter anymore.

I’m happy it’s the weekend and I can enjoy life for once without having the past creep up on me.

Sharing my feelings and learning about letting go of the past was one of the best things I did for myself this week.

The past is gone and I feel so much better than I was able to talk it out with those it involved to know that things are better and harboring those old useless thoughts is unhealthy for me.

I’m ready to move forward with my life.

Let’s take time and enjoy the weekend!
