Feeling so blessed today 🙏.

It’s #selfcaresaturday (Self-Care Saturday), which is going to be #selfcareweekend (Self-Care Weekend).

Sometimes we as autistic adults need them.

To catch up on all the missed sleep from having to live life in a world that’s not built for us

To just sit down and relax while doing something that interests us to keep us engaged and away from our thoughts that bring us down.

It’s also taking care of the things that need to be taken care of so we can have the quality of life that we deserve.

They’re simple things but they matter to us.

But most of all it’s about relaxing and feeling better about ourselves.

It’s not about being critical about things that are not in our control or things that can’t be fixed today.

It’s about slowing down and just enjoying life for what it is, making the best of today and just being in the moment while loving yourself.

Take care of yourself this weekend
