At the end of the day, push through the fear and do what is right.

Right your wrongs. Make things right.

Finish your tasks…try to accomplish them.

Don’t live in fear of pushing yourself a little bit more.

Work at focusing on new things that can be helpful to making things better.

Do what you know is right or what you do without living in fear of a change.

Be your authentic self, not constantly worrying what others think about you.

Speak up and ask for something you need to make an experience more enjoyable.

Take time for that extra nap, having breaks in moderation, whatever you need.

Play those songs that you know will help you through the fear or funk.

Do what you always do without fearing the worst to happen.

Live life as you want. Don’t pay attention to what others think.

Be your best self because it makes you feel good and gives you pleasure.

Most of all breathe. Love Yourself through it all.

The big things are not the end of the world, enjoy life and don’t worry.
