I have finally concluded that it is essential that I do my best to avoid the negative energy that can be detrimental in being able to focus on doing what I need to do to improve myself and not let the negative effects of a situation overtake the reality of why I need to be in a certain situation. Boundaries can be put up, but there is only so much until the emotions become overwhelmed and the breaking point is reached.

In my life, there has always been a competition to match the energy in the room, even if there is not a need to. There is a part of life that knows when I am in that frame of mind when it comes to being autistic that it can be hard to bring the level of when I am communicating down, but through recent events It has been realized that when there is a competition to match the highest octave in the room, it does not accelerate a situation, instead, it only makes it more protrusive and makes it more challenging to get back down to a manageable level.

Sometimes, there is a reality that things need to modified if the energy that is being faced will never go away, especially if there is a reality that what is being experienced is going to constantly happening in life. If it is something where the negative or toxic energy is rubbing on you and is keeping you back from doing what you know you need to do, then it is time to work towards a solution to the problem.

There should always be an effort to first address the situation in the proper manner to see if there can be a solution what being faced that brings on the negative energy or the anxiety that would cause the wanting to avoid a situation based simply on the energy that is causing the distress that is being faced. If it is in a situation where your honesty can be respected, then by all means do so. There are times that your being there is more of an asset rather than causing you to react negatively, as has often been the case in situations that I have faced in the past.

In the situations when I have acted on my thoughts of fear and anxiety by avoiding the situation and not bringing the concerns that you are having to the table can many times cause concerns in others because they often want the best for you, as they do in me and want to find a solution to what is best for you to avoid being miserable, having a negative reaction or just wanting to avoid a situation because you feel that there isn’t a way out of what you are experiencing.

If something is bothering you, don’t be afraid to reach out for help to address the concerns that you are facing, because it has been proven in my regard time and time again, by not doing so, it only makes things worse for myself when it can be easily solved by addressing it. If you knowing that something is causing you strife find a solution.
