Sometimes in our lives, we must fight thoughts in our mind that our flawed that cause our lives to be deterred and have adverse consequences not only to ourselves, but others around us know that we are not ourselves. At that point, we realize that it is time to take care of ourselves in the best way possible.

There can be a hard time admitting that we have done consequential things over the course of several years and that we just need to rid ourselves of old habits and finally understand that they are in no way healthy for our well-being. No matter how we believe that going off the course would eventually be helpful, eventually others notice, and it is only helpful to you. It is also a fact that even though it has happened time and time again, there will be a point where you will see that doing the same thing old habits because you believe thoughts that are flawed are not helping anyone.

When believing these flawed thoughts and then the behaviors that are unhealthy appear, there is a part of you no matter what you do to disregard it starts to know deep down that it is happening and your lack of addressing it will only make it worse to the point where others notice that you are not yourself. At that point it becomes cognizant of the need to get back on track, but the flawed thoughts appear even though you know that you should have done it some time ago and that no matter what you do to when you deliberately get off track does not help you no matter how much you may think it is going to help you.

There is a reality that you are indeed critical of those that call you out on what you need to do and as much as you don’t want to do it, deep down, you know that you are hurting. But the flawed thoughts arise in your brain thinking because you are being told or that other people know that you need to do something that is healthy for you, no matter how may feel about it, denying or blaming it on them only makes it worse. It will not be until you realize that you must do what is necessary despite what flawed thoughts are reasons may tell you or that you think that you are being cheated or denied something in your life for one reason or another.

There is a reason that you must do what you need to do to be well. Continuing to deny the fact that you need to stick with it and see that if it is causing what you really believe is flawed is a must. It is not because others are telling you to make your life miserable, it is because they know that you are the person that you need to be to flourish out there in the world that you need to be in. Not doing so will only cause you to live on borrowed time and become a ticking time bomb in essence from exploding when you are not able to regulate yourself properly, something that when you do what is needed to be well is crucial in helping you do.

Being in denial about doing what is needed to help you live a life that is not healthy for you and when you even know that you are not being yourself when you are doing it is not being good for you. Those that care about you start to notice and can see that you are not yourself. But, by you being in denial about something or saying that you have to do what is needed for you is their fault because it is what you think they want you to do when you completely know that you are not yourself no matter how much you deny it is not doing a service to you or anyone for that matter.

If you want to excel in life, it is crucial to take care of what you need to do in the wellness realm, no matter how much you don’t want to, especially if you know that it does help you. Even if it takes some time to recover from the damage that you have done, do what you know what you need to do, not what you believe that is being told to you that is flawed, especially if you have been reminded of it time and time again. If there is proof that it works, then just do it because you know that it is the right thing to do.
