As we are approaching winter weather in Southwestern Pennsylvania, I thought it would be good to share my experince on winter weather. It is a time that not all int he world experience, but for those that do, it can be challenging as you are limited in going outside or it can be quite a struggle to do so, at times resulting in the need to stay at home.
