As part of my Self Care Sunday, I decided to treat myself to a small meal from the local Domino’s.
I had redeemed my rewards, which I was to get 16 parmesan bread bites.
Upon my order’s arrival, I checked the boxes to discover in the place of the 16-piece parmesan bread bites that there were 16 plain wings in the box in addition to the 8 wings I had ordered.

When my anxiety is really elevated, I would have not cared and would have just eaten the wings. But as I had redeemed by points for the bread bites, I decided to make things right, because as they say, ‘the customer is always right!’
So, I call, even though I am anxious and get in touch with the manager. I must calmly explain my dilemma, which I have to reiterate to ensure they understand what arrived compared to what was on the receipt. They tell me to pack the extra wings up and the driver will be back to exchange them for my bread bites.
In short order the driver arrives again, and I exchange the items. I am happy to receive the bread bites and they tasted so good!
I was glad that I made things right.
