Dedication.

Its more than just taking medication and minding our p’s and q’s.

It’s more than minding than what we are putting in our mouth and not being mindful of it.

It means that we must get out the door and move sometimes.

This can be one of the hardest things to do because we must do something and not just be stationary.

It takes some of our own heartfelt effort. But it is just one of the many dimensions of wellness.

Having everything in balance is essential to making sure you are living your best life.

It may seem like a struggle to be active and get out the door, but I know if I don’t, I’ll regret it.

Getting started is one of the hardest things of the entire process.

Once I am out and moving either at the gym or on the streets, I really like it.

I excel at doing this walking thing and I know that I must do it to be more fit.

The feeling when I dedicate myself to walking and doing it feels so good and makes me proud!

For I know this is one piece of wellness that must be met and as hard as it can be, it is just as good!

It takes dedication, Moxy and wit to make sure that this needed element is done.

I know I can, In my own time. In my own way.
