This afternoon, I concluded my workweek. It had the usual stressors.

Yet, when I got home, I made up my mind that I needed to go to the gym.

So I changed clothes and I went.

I did as I have been doing. Steady on the treadmill.

Then I ordered and got Little Caesars and stopped at the park on the way home and enjoyed dinner on this fanstastic fall day.

These are tools in my Wellness Toolbox and when I have stressors, this is what I do.

I came home and went to a webinar, then took a good nap.

Yet again, part of the tools of the wellness toolbox. I feel so much better.

Checking ahead on the scale, I am doing quite well this week.

It is taking care of my overall wellness that helps things improve overall.

In my time, in my own way. We are making wiser choices. Little by Little.
