If you are thinking about giving up on or running away from something.

Don’t. Give things a chance to work out.

That may be a hard thing for you to digest when the thoughts in your head are catastrophic.

Whatever you do, don’t be irrational and irate.

Be patient, have humility, Look past the negative. Hold your head up.

Sooner or later the message will be received, and you will be taken care of in one way or another.

It may not be completely what you want or desire, but compromise may make things easier.

Not all the barriers and challenges may have the solution you desire, but it may be better.

I couldn’t tell you about the times in the past year that my anxiety kicked into high gear.

The only thought I had was avoiding the issues or seeing past the challenges of life.

The scenarios play over and over in my head again and again, but never acting on them.

I listened to those I trusted, even at times I didn’t think that they cared or were listening.

I thought I was doing just what they said because they told me, and I valued their words.

I am glad I hung in there because what can seem like things that are going to be bad.

Do get better and things do happen in their own unique way in mysterious ways.

Now I think, what if I acted on my thoughts a year ago? A few months ago?

Even if they seemed like those were the worst things to hear in my mind, I was resilient.

Because that is what life taught me. To be patient and things will work out.
