Sometimes, we just have to push through.

Pushing through our inner voices, the anxiety, the thought guessing

The thoughts of flight. Running away from the fearful thoughts that you’re not going to like something.

The wanting to deflect to something just to avoid facing what must be faced.

Because your mind is overreacting, thinking many things that aren’t as bad or true as they seem.

Getting out the door and down the road, that is all it takes to get rid of the thoughts.

Until then, do what you need to do to ease the transition and prepare yourself for the day ahead.

Play that playlist, have that plan, pack the sensory bag, charge the headphones and the phone.

Have all the tools at your disposal. Use them if you need them, Go for you and no one else.

Know that pushing through will be worth it in the end. Stay in your own lane and work on you.

Because all that matters is you and your progress. You will have your own time later on.

Push on because others look up to you and are happy that you took the steps to come in.

Do it for yourself and show them that you will not let your challenges get in your way.

Because others know that you can do more than you think, and you can too!

Push through the day. Because you will feel better once you do!
