“New Year, New You”

I am ready to start the new year off with a bang. Other than the traditional things I say I want to tackle light weight loss, I want to focus more on daily journaling and putting the things I reflect on to better use. Like reading the Bible everyday and other positive affirmations online. Also I want 2021 to be a year where I do not miss any doses of my medication because I know it works and is a pivotal part of my recovery toolbox and when I don’t have it everything in my world crashes because of me not being able to control my thoughts and emotions
