It’s been a week of Ebbs and Flows

From taking the improvements that outpatient therapy has done by working on the things that need worked on and working to make them better to having a swell weekend visiting the community yard sales to going to church to being a great asset in many forms by seeing when there is a need that I am able to meet it and have a following by sharing my expansive expertiese on many topics along with my lived experience. There have been many kudos given but it is never been about the boasting rather acknowledgment of the hard work that it has taken me to have bounced back greatly over the past few years and see the purpose, worth and value that I have in myself along with knowing that so many people care, love and look up to me as the one that has many times “been there and done that” but never going back to the old ways!

Quote of the week

“Autistic people have challenges in their own ways, are different from person to person causing them to be managed and cope with in their very own ways that help the person best.!”
