For some people it’s easy to join a gym.For me it was hard to do just that.
After joining, taking the first step and going isn’t always easy for one reason or another, and for me that was no exception.
But so far I went twice this week and once I get there I feel at ease, ready to conquer the stress and weight in my mind and on my body.
It is running the course and not giving up.
It is doing what you set your mind to and being resilient.
It even means passing up all the other stores on the way home like the dollar store and the pizza shop.
Because you have a sense of accomplishment and you don’t want to waste all the effort you just excreted to try and do the right thing.
It is a lifestyle change. One day at a time.
