There are times when I get stuck in The Loop that I fall into The Trap.
The trap of self-pity, sorrow and guilt for having to endure the things that I have to do.
I know what is unhealthy to do in these situations, yet there are moments that I revert to them.
But eventually, I know I have to take care of myself and realize that is not the answer to getting off of The Loop.
We have to move on to better moments, living in the here and now and making the present the best we can.
Knowing what is unhealthy and falling in The Trap of intrusive thoughts of misery, sorrow, worry, or obsession does not help the situation.
This is when we have to turn to our healthy coping strategies and make going forward better as we cannot change the past.
We need to do what we can to not fall in The Trap.
